Return policy

Return and exchange terms for hardware (Part A). Service rework is in Part B.

ZEROFOOT IT SERVICES AND CONSULTANCY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED primarily sells physical electronics. This policy covers hardware returns. IT service quality issues are handled under Part B below and our Refund & cancellation policy.

Part A — Hardware returns and exchanges

You must submit a return request within 1 day of delivery for eligible items. After 1 day, returns will not be accepted except where required by manufacturer warranty or applicable law.

Eligibility

  1. Unused, undamaged, same condition as received.
  2. Original packaging, accessories, cables, and documentation included.
  3. Intact serial numbers / anti-tamper labels on servers and NAS units.
  4. Not a final-sale or non-returnable item marked at purchase.

Defective items

DOA or defective hardware reported within 1 day of delivery may be exchanged after inspection, or refunded within 25 calendar days once approved per our Refund policy (Part A).

Not returnable

  • Misuse, improper install, or power surge damage
  • Custom-built systems after assembly starts
  • Broken software or license seals

Process

  1. Email zerofootitpvtlimited@gmail.com — subject “Return request”, with order number.
  2. We confirm eligibility and return address.
  3. You ship in original packaging (return shipping is yours unless our error/defect).
  4. Inspection within 5 business days; approved refunds within 25 calendar days.

Part B — IT services

Design files, code, and reports are not returned like physical goods. Raise defects within 7 calendar days per your SOW. Rework or refund follows Refund policy Part B and Shipping & delivery policy Part B.
