Shipping & delivery policy

How we ship hardware (primary) and deliver IT services (supplementary)—one policy for all fulfilment.

ZEROFOOT IT SERVICES AND CONSULTANCY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“Platform Owner”) primarily ships physical electronics and hardware across India. We also deliver optional IT services electronically under separate quotes. This single policy covers both.

Part A — Hardware shipping (primary)

1. Shipping method

Product orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post speed post only.

2. Processing and delivery timelines

  • In-stock items (e.g., Arduino Uno, Nano, ESP32 boards): dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Built-to-order items (e.g., portable servers, NAS, edge systems): dispatched within 25 calendar days from order/payment, or as agreed at order confirmation.
  • Transit after dispatch is usually 3–10 business days within India, depending on location and carrier.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, postal authorities, weather, strikes, or incorrect addresses.

3. Delivery address and confirmation

Hardware is delivered to the address provided at checkout. You receive order confirmation and tracking (when available) by email.

4. Shipping charges and risk

Shipping fees shown at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or confirmed defect. Title and risk pass to you when the courier marks the shipment as delivered.

Part B — IT service delivery (supplementary)

Applies only to services (design, development, consultancy, SEO) under a written quote or statement of work (SOW)—not hardware checkout.

  • Methods: private Git repositories, secure file transfer, shared documentation, deployments to your environments, and scheduled online or on-site meetings as per the SOW.
  • Timelines: estimates unless the SOW lists fixed dates; assumes timely client feedback and access.
  • Acceptance: defect notices within 7 calendar days of milestone delivery (unless your SOW says otherwise).
  • Support: warranty or hypercare per SOW; ongoing support via paid retainers.
